(Feb 2012) Epson Hong Kong Limited (http://www.epson.com.hk) selected DMA Solutions Limited to provide IT consultation, Project management, Professional web design (partnering with Avantbiz – http://www.avantbiz.com), Application Development and System Integration implementation services on revamping their e-Services Portal (http://www.epson.com.hk/club/).
This newly revamped portal combines both Business-to-Customer (B2C)and Business-to-Business (B2B) services to make it the true supply chain portal in the web. Customers can self-serve to enjoy and complete the entire shopping cycle including secured on-line payment. The e-Mileage feature realizes the true “Buy More Get More” shopping experience. Featuring with a unified e-Service module, Epson’s customers can easily manage all of their products from new purchase, repair & part replacement to warranty extension.
On the Business-to-Business (B2B) front, Epson authorized business partners can engage many business activities anytime and anywhere, to manage their orders from within the e-Service Portal.
Powered by IBM WebSphere Application Server and DB2 database, instant response and complicated business logistics are realized. In addition, high-level security is ensured.
